Our long awaited coffee subscription has arrived! Available in three different frequencies, you will be able to choose your desired origins from certain available selections. In addition, when you sign up for our subscription, beans are discounted off the single-order price! Whether you’re purchasing a recurring subscription for yourself, or purchasing a gift subscription for a friend or loved one, we have you covered. Your subscription is always roasted to order and fresh to your door. Please be sure to read the FAQs below for important information.

Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?
Yes! Upon checkout you will be asked if this order is a gift, enter the recipients shipping address instead of your own. If purchasing a subscription order for yourself AND as a gift, we recommend placing two separate orders. If you’d like to gift a subscription for only a few weeks or months, please be aware that subscription products automatically renew. It is your responsibility to cancel the subscription after the desired time.
Why don’t you have the coffee that I want?
With our subscription service, we aim to be able to offer your favorite coffee year round with little substitutions. Due to growing seasons and farm operations this isn’t possible on all our single order options. If we are able to add a new coffee to our subscription inventory we will be sure to notify you! Please also note that while we do our best to assure your favorite coffee is in stock, coffee availability is subject to change. We are happy to help you find a suitable replacement should any of your choices be out of stock.
How do I update my subscription (change preferences, amount or frequency)?
We recommend creating an account when placing your subscription order. With an account, you can view your next shipment, your subscription details and update your payment method. Please email us directly if you would like to edit your subscription preferences: [email protected].
I placed my subscription order on X date, why have I still not received it?
Weekly and biweekly subscription orders ship on Fridays. If you have selected porch drop or cafe pickup, your order will be ready after 12 pm on Friday. For example, if you placed your subscription order on a Sunday, your order will be shipped or ready the following Friday. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped, is ready for pick up or has been delivered. Monthly subscriptions go out the first Friday of every month.
What is my payment schedule? Can I change the date my payment is processed?
Please note that your delivery schedule might be different than your payment schedule. For example, if you place a monthly subscription order on October 15, your payment will be deducted every month on the 15th. However, your October order will not be shipped until the first Friday of November. When you first place your initial order, your confirmation email will state the date of your NEXT subscription payment. Your payment schedule can be found by logging into your account. At this time we are not able to change the date your payment is processed.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Again, we recommend creating an account when placing your subscription order. With an account, you can view your next shipment, your subscription details and update your payment method. You are also able to cancel your subscription. If you did not sign up for an account and would like to cancel your subscription, you must contact us directly. Coffee subscriptions automatically renew for an indefinite amount of time.
